  • How long does the insurance review take?

    Our initial meeting can take as little as 20 minutes. We’ll ask you a list of questions, take a look around your building, if possible, and hopefully have time to chat (because we love hearing about ministry!). Then we will bring your information back to our office and take care of the rest. 

  • Why do you ask for a copy of our current policies?

    Insurance policies can be long and complicated. We have come across many, many scenarios where churches thought they had coverage that was in fact excluded from or not included in their policy! The best way for us to help you determine if you currently have adequate coverage at a fair price is to see your actual declaration pages. You will find that we are low-pressure when it comes to sales. Our heart is to help serve and protect your ministry. We would love to present a proposal that offers quality coverage at a better price.

  • Will we need to meet in person?

    We prefer to meet in person (or via online video conference) whenever possible. Our goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with your ministry. You’ll be calling us with questions and for assistance with claims, so it’s helpful for both of us to be able to put a face with a name. In addition, we have a list of questions prepared that will result in a thorough review of your insurance needs. Many of these items are simpler to discuss in person, with a tour of your facilities. However, if you are not comfortable meeting in person, it's not a problem! We can meet over the phone or via online video conferencing.

  • How long will it take to get my quote back?

    Once we submit all your information to our carriers, it can take anywhere from one day to 2 weeks for us to receive quotes back. When we get your quotes, we will schedule an appointment or a video conference to present and explain the quote to you. That way we can answer any questions you may have and make sure you know what you are buying. Once you are ready to move forward, we will help guide you through the easy process of transitioning to your new carrier. 

  • What if we don’t currently have insurance?

    We can help! As an independent insurance agency, we have access to carriers that will offer insurance to brand new ministries as well as ministries that have had a lapse in coverage.

  • What if we had claims or were cancelled or non-renewed?

    Every insurance company wants to know your claims history. If you have losses, just let us know so that our carriers will include that information in their quoting process. And while being dropped from your prior carrier may be stressful, you can count on us to help. The frequency or severity of your losses will affect eligibility and pricing, but as an independent insurance agency we have partnered with carriers that specialize in assisting ministries that find themselves in such unfortunate circumstances. And, in a matter of a few years when your loss history improves, we have the ability to transition you to a more competitive carrier once again. We have helped many churches who have found themselves being cancelled, and we gladly assist them during a very difficult time.

  • How are claims handled with your company?
